• You must not use cy777 if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

cy777 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended immediately and any pending withdrawals will be held until the matter is resolved.

3. Account Rules

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on cy777. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawals made, and all bonuses claimed. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your account with any other person.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password that is unique to cy777.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

cy777 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from cy777 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4. Deposits

All deposits on cy777 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers via State Bank's system
• Bank Transfer — standard bank account transfers

Deposits are credited to your cy777 account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are reflected within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.

cy777 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• cy777 reserves the right to request proof that the payment method belongs to you.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once confirmed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. cy777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances — your funds will only be sent to a payment method verified in your own name.

• Identity verification (CNIC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed fastest. Bank transfers and Raast follow standard processing times.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see the Bonuses section below.
• cy777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing window, contact cy777 support with your transaction reference. Do not raise a dispute with your payment provider before contacting cy777, as this can complicate the resolution process.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cy777 offers welcome bonuses for new users, reload bonuses for existing users, and promotional offers tied to events such as PSL matches, T20 internationals and other major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions:

• Each bonus offer has a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. This requirement is always shown before you opt in.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first unless otherwise stated.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and live casino games may carry different contribution percentages — check the individual offer terms.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on cy777, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once you have reviewed and confirmed your bet slip, the bet cannot be edited or cancelled.
• Odds are subject to change before your bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• cy777 reserves the right to void bets in cases of clear and obvious pricing errors, match irregularity, or where evidence of match manipulation exists.
• For cricket and PSL markets specifically: if a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the official result at the time of abandonment or, if no result is possible, refunded. Specific rules for DLS method outcomes, super overs and other scenarios are displayed within each market.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type and user account status.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds at the time of acceptance. There may be a brief delay in live markets during critical moments of a game.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to technical errors or timing issues — will be voided and the stake refunded.

cy777's decision on the settlement of all bets is final. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you may raise a query with support within 72 hours of settlement. Queries raised after this window may not be reviewed.

8. Casino and Games

cy777's live casino and slots sections are subject to the following rules in addition to the general Terms:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or real-time live dealer streams. Game outcomes are not influenced by cy777.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be settled based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection according to the game provider's rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cy777 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors in software, odds or system malfunctions for financial gain.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to access another user's account without their authorisation.
• Any form of abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour directed at cy777 staff or other users.

cy777 monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold withdrawals during investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

cy777 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• In the event of a technical fault that affects bet acceptance or settlement, cy777's liability is limited to the refund of the original stake.

Nothing in these Terms limits cy777's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
